You will receive the finder’s email address, and/or his/her phone number, and then decide between yourselves how to retrieve your item.

Why do I have to register any new Tagged4U.com tag?
It is necessary for any new tag to be registered and activated, in order to connect the ID indicated on it with the email address, and cell phone number, you have registered in your account.

An anonymous email service is one that allows any finder to contact you without having access to your email address.
It will be your decision to let him/her know your email address or any other personal information.
Yes, we recommend using the same account to register all of your tags! When it is time to renew the web service, all of your tags will be covered.
You can also use the Tag ID number from any of your tags on as many item as you like. There is no limit.
All the information you register is protected by your username, password and email address. None of this information will be given to third parties and is secure in our database.
When you register with Tagged4U.com you get access to the ReachMe Service. The service allows you to receive emails and texts messages/SMS from all your friends simply by providing them with any of your tags ID numbers or your Tagged4U.com username.
This service is useful if you want friends to contact you from any PC in the world with no need to use any email software and
remaining anonymous. It is also useful to you if you prefer not to disclose your email address when needing to receive a message.
You can receive up to 5 emails per day or 60 per month.
If necessary, or to show your appreciation to the finder of your lost item, you may offer a reward.

Wait for a possible finder to contact you.
If you have lost your keys, or any other personal item, and a finder contacts you, we recommend that you retrieve them in person. If this is not possible and you must request the finder to mail them back to you, we suggest that you do not provide your home address. Instead, we recommend that you provide a PO Box or a relatives or friend’s home address.
If you have a Tagged4U.com tag, and you have registered it with your email address, there is no need to write your name on the tag.
You can write your name on the tag if you want, but it is not necessary.
It is the best way to protect all your items, it increases the chances of finding them if lost, and it reduces the risk that they will be stolen in the first place.

If you use Tagged4U.com tags, you can be reached wherever you are without disclosing any personal information. There is no need to specify any return address on your tags.
